ZIBO HENGSHI TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. Originated from Zibo Shiheng Silicon Carbide Products Factory, which developed on the basis of producing SiC materials and products. In 1996, the factory turned over a private enterprise with independent qualification of legal representative. It is located in the Private Industry Park of High-tech Development Zone of Zibo city, Shandong province, China. It is New & High-tech Enterprise in China. It has convenient traffic near to Ji-Qing Exp Way to its north, 205 National Road to its west, Lutai Road to its south, and directly connects with the 309 National Road.
　

Factory

        At present, the workshop coves an area of 4,000 square meters. The main production equipments are one set of Liquid Nitrogen Tank with volume of 5000L; two sets of Rolling Mixing Mills, three sets of Hydraulic Vibration Shaping Mills with separate pressure 3500t, 2500t, 1500t, four sets of 9m3 Vacuum Nitridation Kilns controlled by the computer; 2 sets of 18m3 Shuttle Nitridation Kilns with automatic control of 24 hours, to ensure the products quality of nitridation and sintering. There are two Channel Dryers and one Drying Room. The annual production capacity has reached 3000 tons. In addition, owing laboratory which analyses the physical and chemical specifications of raw materials, chemical specifications of finished products and compound clay, water content, etc. Operating acceptance test according to the standard requirements.

        The main products are Silicon Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide (Si3N4-SiC) products, Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) Powder and special shape products. The production capacity has reached 3000 tons in 2003. At the same time, Sialon Bonded Silicon Carbide products and Oxide Bonded Silicon Carbide products.

        Si3N4-SiC products are new-type refractory materials in recent years. As high quality refractories, it has many excellent specifications, such as high compressive strength (even being used under the high temperature of 1700℃),high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, excellent heat shock resistance and antioxidation, good wear-resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. Especially it is not easily being corroded, so the products are used not only in high-temperature furnace lining but also in metallurgy metal, lining brick, tray and electronics industry power, etc.

        Sialon bonded Silicon Carbide (Sialon-SiC) products are mainly used in iron smelting furnace and kiln appliance in ceramic industry. Their remarkable character is high alkali resistance which resolves the problem of weak alkali resistance of silicon nitride. Meanwhile, they are better than Si3N4-SiCproducts in antioxidant property, alkali resistance, slag resistance and heat shock resistance. Now we mainly produce Sialon bonded adamantine spar products, Sialon bonded Silicon Carbide mud and Silicon Carbide brick composite mud products, etc.

        The long –life of blast furnace is a comprehensive technology, which needs high quality refractory materials (alkali resistance, slag resistance and heat shock resistance in the best). Sialon-SiC products meet the requirements of the technology.

        The main products of Oxide bonded Silicon Carbide Energy-saving products are the Composite Silicon Carbide Energy-saving Slab, Carborundum Energy-saving Boiler Arch, Silicon Carbide Wear-resistance Slab used in the power’s boiler, Silicon Carbide standard parts, complicated shape brick, etc. Our products have got 6 national patents. All the important specifications of the products are in lead in competition. The Carborundum Energy-saving Boiler Arch ----- the National Energy-saving Technical Achievements of the ninth “Five-Year-Plan”, have been approved as the national key spreading energy-saving products by the State Economic and Trade Commission, State Development Planning Commission, and State Ministry of Science and Technology.

        Due to excellent quality and technical property, the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision has chosen our products as “National Qualified Products”, “National Quality Dependable Products”, as well as the factory has been titled as the “National After-sale Trustworthy Factory”, and “National Consumer Satisfactory Factory on Quality and Service”.
